30 minutes of hands on time. This will consist of a focused area of your choice.  

Modality can be chosen at time of service. Modalities include: Swedish (relaxing), deep tissue, lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, hot stone with Synergy Stones, and trigger point.

Enhancements able to be added include: Hypervolt massage gun, Graston Technique, and cupping.

10 minute session in Salt Booth containing pharmaceutical grade Himalayan Salt.  Electronics are not recommended while in booth due to risk of corrosion due to salty environment
