Session includes full hands on time for amount of time selected. Modality can be chosen at time of service. Modalities include: Swedish (relaxing), deep tissue, lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, hot stone using Synergy Stones, and trigger point.

Enhancements (no extra charge) that are able to be added include: Hypervolt massage gun, Graston Technique, and cupping.
